Well-insulated Industrial Sectional Doors are essential in heated buildings.

PU-foamed sectional doors are available either with 42 mm depth or with sections with thermal break and 67 mm depth. Sectional doors are especially robust, offering good thermal insulation. The thermal break between the exterior and interior of the steel sections also reduces the formation of condensation on the inside of the door. Sectional doors are supplied with special synthetic glazing which stands up to tough demands in rough industrial environments, while maintaining their transparency. A special surface protects window from scratches and damage caused by cleaning over the long period of time.

The surface finish of the sections of doors is based on hot-galvanized steel sheet and a high-adhesion primer-coating (2-component PUR) that protects the door against adverse effects of the weather.

Different sectional door steel surfaces are available. Stucco texturing gives the door surface a uniform structure on which light scratches or traces of dirt are more difficult to see. Micrograin surface gives an elegant look and it features a smooth surface and characteristic fine lines. This door surface finish harmonizes especially well with modern facades that are characterized by their clear formal structure. The inside of the door is Stucco-textured in Grey white, RAL 9002, as standard.

Sectional doors can be supplied as manual or electrical operated with extras like:

Dock Levellers – Quick loading or unloading of goods is only possible if the load can be driven in or out of the truck in a single horizontal movement. We have ideal solution for balancing out the variation in heights between different truck loading surfaces and the loading platform.

With the correct choice of ramp, height in between truck loading surfaces and the loading platform should be minimum difference in height. Slope of up to 12 .5% is permitted in accordance with the safety-related standard EN 1398. A mechanical dock leveller may be enough to bridge this gap. In most cases, however, the solution is insufficient for both the height difference and the gap. This is when hydraulic dock levellers with hinged or telescopic lip are the right choice for your facility.

Dock Shelters are used to seal the space between building and vehicle/truck, thereby protecting goods and persons from adverse weather effects when the door is open. In addition, they effectively reduce heat loss during loading and unloading procedure.

Loading Houses shift the entire loading unit to the area outside the building. If the building volume remains the same, then loading house optimizes the use of storage space within the building.

Loading houses are used:

• On extensions of existing buildings
• If there is no tailboard slot, although trucks with a tail lift need to be loaded and unloaded
• In angled arrangements, when the truck does not have enough maneuvering room to approach the ramp at a 90° angle
• When dock levellers are to be positioned outside the facility to avoid thermal bridges
• To benefit your energy balance.

• Selective racking system – most common type of warehouse racking; it has the lowest pallet storage capacity, but is also the lowest cost per square meter of racking and has the most flexibility.
• Double racking system – is similar to selective racking, but pallets are now stored two rows deep instead of one. This type of racking therefore requires special pallet handling equipment.
• VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) – the space separating parallel rack units is greatly reduced, and pallets are placed and retrieved using a side loading fork truck. This minimizes the size of the aisles between rows of racks and can reduce the aisle space by around 40%.
• Drive-In racking system – Drive-In racking involves the forklift entering the racking from one side to load or retrieve the pallets which are stored more deeply. Product is rotated in a Last-In, First-Out inventory manner because of the single entry/exit point.
• Drive-Thru racking system – has a separate entry/exit point. With Drive-Thru rack product is rotated in a FIFO method which makes it more suitable for pallets that are date-sensitive. The first pallet loaded on the rail system will be the first pallet removed from the opposite end of the system.
• Gravity Pallet Flow Racking System – employs the use of conveyor rollers of the highest quality complete with entry guides, pallet separator, brake rollers and end-stops. Suitable for use in cold rooms, this system offers FlFO operation and high density storage.
• Mobile racking system – allows opening and closing of the aisles. Mobile racking enables compact storage while keeping the stored pallets individually accessible. Where storage space is expensive, for example in Cold stores, mobile racking is the perfect solution. Each mobile racking and storage system will increase capacity with 80% compared to conventional pallet racking systems.
• Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS) – computer controlled systems with extreme accuracy consist of a variety of computer-controlled systems for automatically placing and retrieving loads from defined storage locations. With AS/RS you maximizing available storage space in existing structures, avoid off-site storage and expansions, minimize overall building footprint up to 50% versus conventional warehouses, reduce energy costs by 40% in cooler environments, reduce labor and product damage costs, increase inventory accuracy and customer service.

Floor Insulation

Floor paper is 100% polyester with binder, 1mm/2mm thick, which is mounted on a blind concrete to equalize uneven floor and protect vapour barriers of splitting.
