Floor Insulation

We work with different types of floor insulation, from Expanded (EPS) and Extruded (XPS) polystyrene, over polyurethane floor insulation, to special products such as foam glass.

Vapour Barriers

Floor paper is 100% polyester with binder, 1mm/2mm thick, which is mounted on a blind concrete to equalize uneven floor and protect vapour barriers of splitting.

Vapour barrier consists of seven-layer special foil. Structure as follows:

2. Laminating PE
3. Aluminiu foil
4. Laminating PE
5. Kraft paper
6. Laminating PE
7. PE-LD

Covering paper is three-layer environmental compatible material which does not absolve any moisture and avoids air locks. Structure as follows:

1. 15 g/sqm plastic – PE
2. 75 g/sqm kraft paper
3. 15 g/sqm plastic – PE.

Floor Heating System

Assembly-ready heating mats with or without an extra heating line, consisting of the heating line, cooling line, and temperature sensor. We offer heating system which provides optimum protection against formation of ice risks especially in air locks, door openings in freezer rooms and in freezer rooms itself. Laying plans and circuit diagrams are tailor made especially for your project layout.

Pressure Relief Valves

The main purpose of the pressure relief valves for cold rooms is to keep the internal and external pressures balanced. The pressure variations periodically happen during the different defrosting phases and during the opening and closing of the doors. We can supply right valves suitable for your facility to operate in the right manner.

We offer different lighting solutions in industrial environments to increase comfort, while reducing energy consumption.

PVC Strip Curtains

Polyvinyl Chloride strip curtains used in wide range of applications from low temperature to normal application, different colors or transparent, and different textures (smooth or ribbed), available in strips from 100 to 400 mm width, used to reduce your energy loss thus save you cost.

Choose from a wide range of PVC strips according to your application:

• For normal application, Standard clear
• For cold rooms, Polar & Super polar
• For tropical regions, Anti-insect yellow
• For heavy traffic, Ribbed strips etc.

Steel Structure

Sandblasted, color-treated with oxide primer 2×40 microns, then painted with final color 2×40 microns and prefabricated according to the design for quick and easy installation on site. Optional – hot galvanized construction.

Standard elements of delivery:

• Screws and rivets for attaching the basic frame
• All necessary flashings
• All bolts for connecting and fixing construction.

Corrugated Steel Sheets

Hot-dip galvanized steel structural sheet G275 gr/m2, thickness of steels sheet 0,6 mm, coated with 25 micron polyester paint, different heights of corrugation available.
